While waiting for my new Holiday catalog order to arrive, I decided to start my Christmas cards, since I was in a holiday mood. • Stampers who order from me will shortly receive their copies of the catalog.
    • For your copy of the new Holiday Catalog catalog, place a $25 order designating me as your demonstrator before September 1, 2016, and I'll send you a catalog.
    • Take a look at how you can earn some extra money during the holidays while having fun with your friends as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  Get paid for doing what you love!  If you sign up as a Demonstrator during August you can include Holiday catalog merchandise in your Starter Kit order.

I love being a Demonstrator.  We're able to order from the Holiday catalog early and below is some of the stash I'm starting to play with.  If you're thinking of signing up to make extra cash during the holidays, new demonstrators who sign up this month can include Holiday catalog merchandise in their $99.00 Starter Kit.

I'm working on a lot more Holiday cards and projects that I'll be sharing with you using items from my first Holiday Catalog order. I'm already planning some classes, so stay tuned.

New Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog Stash

    Previous Project Redo

Remember the banner I showed you a couple weeks ago?  I kept looking at it and looking at it and it just didn't look substantial enough.   I added another layer in Night of Navy card stock using the Banners Framelits Dies...and it made a big difference, don't you think?

    Stampin' Up! Beautiful Banners

    Recipe:

Stamps: Beautiful Banners (141894),Layered Letters Alphabet Stamp (138692)
    Ink: Night of Navy
Paper:  Thick Whisper White, Night of Navy Card Stock

Accessories and tools: Banners Framelits Sweet & Sassy Framelits (hearts).

Beautiful Banners and Layered Letters Alphabet Stamps

I love that any banner can be personalized.  This one I sent to my Mom for her 94th birthday party.

When I sent her gift, I also include this card (below), the banner, and matching treat boxes.  I would normally fill treat boxes with chocolates, but this time of year, shipping from Houston to Minnesota, chocolates aren't an option.  Gummy candies make great treat fillers this time of year!

    Treat boxes

The Treat Box Tutorial was part of an earlier post, so you can check this previous post for treat box dimentions and instructions.

This is a small treat box made to match the card. It's easy to make using the Stampin' Up! Simply Scored Scoring Tool (122334).  I added a simple flower from the May Flowers Framelits (140276).

Above is the finished treat box

The treat box opens in the center and is made from a 4-1/4 X 11 sheet of card stock using the Stampin' Up! Simply Scored Scoring Tool.

The box is hinged on both ends and folds opened and closed from the center.  You'll want to use Fast Fuse to glue the box together.  The Designer Series Paper is applied with Multipurpose liquid glue (110755).
