Stampin' Up! Sweet Cool Treats
I'm still on my Cool Treat kick, and I made another card today. I used some of the coordinating Tasty Treats Specialty Designer Series Paper. Additionally I found a Peekaboo Peach paper in the free Sale-A-Bration, Carried Away Designer Series Papers that complimented our card beautifully.
I stayed with the Peekaboo Peach and Pool Party combination for background papers and then used Watermelon Wonder, Pear Pizazz and Pool Party to make the ice cream scoops in the Sunday. I cut the components for the sundae with the Frozen Treats Framelits Dies. The sentiment is from the Cool Treats set and the banner is cut using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit set.

I used Crumb Cake for the base card, which matches the DSP used for the Sundae dish. I added the dish and scoops on a Stitched Shape oval. One tip to putting together all of these small items easily is to punch a heart shape and build the layers on top of the heart shape, and then the single element mounts easily. The little bow is make from the 3/8" Peekaboo Peach Rached Ribbon.

March class registration opens in a few days
March 26 - We'll make cards using the Cool Treats stamp set and the Birthday Blast stamp sets in our March 26 calls. We'll use them to fill our free Sale-A-Bration Gold and White tins, which we'll decorate during our class. Stampin' Up! depleted its inventory of these tins, which were a free selection with a $50 order. However, I will have some of these tins for sale as part of this class, if you need one, when you register for the class. Watch for registration to open shortly.
What are classes like? We have photos from a couple of recent photos on line. Photos from the class are in a photo album on my Meetup site. While visiting the photo album, sign up for my Meetup site to receive notifications of upcoming classes.
