Stampin' Up! Occasion Catalog Sneak Peek
Can't wait for Spring? These beautiful butterflies will hold you over. Here's a card showing the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits Dies from the upcoming Occasions catalog. And the wait is almost over. Beginning January 3, you'll be able to place orders for this set of thinlits as well as a wagon-load of other beautiful new stamp sets, dies and coordinating papers, ribbons and accessories.
The beautiful background paper is from the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper, which you can earn during Sale-A_Bration with a $40 order. Look through the Sale-A-Bration Brochure to see all of the selections you can choose from. The Sale-A-Bration Brochure will be live Thursday, January 3.
My customers have already received the new Sale-A-Bration Brochure in their mailbox. Before my customers begin calling, YES, the new Occasions catalogs are also on the way. They were shipped within a few days of each other, so it should be in your mailbox soon. However, we're hearing reports that catalogs have been delayed. You'll be able to download the catalogs tomorrow. And, if you don't have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, and you need the upcoming catalogs, just let me know.

For today's card, I used a Highland Heather, then a layer of Gorgeous Grape and then a print from the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper from the Sale-A-Bration brochure. The butterflies are two layers; one of Gorgeous Grape and the second of Highland Heather, cut with the new Butterfly Beauty Thinlit Dies.
The sentiment is stamped in Gorgeous Grape on a small piece of Whisper White, and it is from the Piece of Cake stamp set from the Occasions Catalog. The sentiment piece is layered over the Whisper White 5/8" Flax Ribbon, a very soft ribbon, much like the Burlap ribbon in the main catalog, only more pliable.
Isn't this a gorgeous card? Just the card for a special friend or family member, and very easy to make as the butter fly images are all connected, so you're making only two passes through the big shot. One for the lighter color and one for the darker color cardstock used.

Last day for Year-End Closeouts - January 2, 2019
Today is the final day of the Year-End Closeout sale. Several Holiday Catalog items will carry over after January 2. Download a .pdf copy of the Holiday carryover list here. If their are Holiday bundles in the current Holiday catalog that you're thinking about purchasing for next year, you'll want to buy them before today at the bundle price -- a 10% savings -- because these bundle prices go away on January 3. You'll still be able to purchase these carryover items after January 2, but you'll no longer get the 10% savings for purchasing them as a bundle.
