Today's I'm highlighting the free Sale-A-Bration set called Home To Roost. With all of the exciting free Sale-A-Bration selections introduced as part of the second and third Sale-A-Bration releases, its easy to forget about one of the sets introduced with the first release of Sale-A-Bration selections. I'm guilty of wanting to play with the latest, new items I've received and so today was the first time I played with Home to Roost. This card just seemed to fall together in minutes. The basecard for today's card is Sahara Sand. Then a layer of Cherry Cobbler. Then another layer of Sahara Sand that is dry embossed with the Corrugated Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Once embossed, I used a Sponge Dauber to lightly ink the ridges of this layer with Sahara Sand ink.

The banner uses a piece of Festival Farmhouse, a retired paper from the Holiday catalog that I just can't seem to part with. The image layer is a circle of Very Vanilla die cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies.

The rooster image is stamped in Cherry Cobbler. The reeds are stamped in Sahara Sand. The sentiment is also from the Home To Roost Stamp Set and it is stamped in Cherry Cobbler and then punched using the Classic Label Punch. Gold Metallic Pearls accent the image layer and the sentiment.
