Can you Handle one more card using Stampin' Up! Flowering Foils?

  • Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper
  • Stampin' Up! So Very Vellum Specialty Designer Series Paper
  • Ornate Garden Suite Early Release from upcoming Annual Catalog

Stampin' Up! Night of Navy Flowering Foils

Yes.  I made another card using Stampin' Up! Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper.  Third day in a row.  I'm so in love with this paper.  And I'm so sorry to see Sale-A-Bration come to and end.  Now you'll only find these papers in the hands of lucky customers who have made purchases over the past three months and selected this as one of their free gifts.  So I know many of you have this paper and are enjoying seeing all the different looks you can create with it.  Today, I used the flower print again and colored them with Night of Navy Stampin' Blends Markers.  Each color combination is a unique, beautiful look.  I fussy cut a set of flowers on the edge of the paper and then had to add an extra leaf and buds from another partial flower.  It worked out nicely.  If I hadn't told you would you have been able to tell the flowers were pieced together?  I want to get as many flowers as possible from this beautiful print.

The basecard for today's card is Thick Whisper White Cardstock.  Then a layer of So Very Vellum Specialty Designer Series Paper in the Pool Party color.  So Very Vellum Specialty Designer Series Paper is another Sale-A-Bration free selection that is no longer available as of today.  To adhere the vellum, I rolled Glue Dots around the end of a paper pierce and then added the glue dot behind one of the raised dots along the edge of the So Very Vellum.

I fussy cut the flower sets from one of the prints from the Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper, which I colored using Light and Dark Night of Navy Stampin' Blends for the flower heads and Light Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Marker for the leaves.  I popped the flowers up on Stamping Dimensionals before adhering it to the card front.

For the sentiment, I selected a sentiment from the Under My Umbrella Stamp Set.  It is stamped on a Whisper White Die cut, using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies, using Night of Navy Ink.  Then I added a bow in Mini Macaron 1/4" Textile Ribbon and a few Glitter Enamel Dots to finish the card.

This series of cards show how quickly you can put together beautiful cards with different looks.   Let's keep stampin' as we think of others who would love to know you're thinking of them.  Sending handmade cards is a great way to stay in touch when you can't be with distant loved ones and your cards will be greatly appreciated during these times.

If you don't have a demonstrator and want a copy of the January-June 2020 Mini catalogcontact me.   I would love to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
