Stampin' Up! Ornate Garden Suite
I love Stamping' up bundles! Why? First, bundles include a discount -- and everyone loves a discount. Second, they show off one of Stampin' Up!'s best benefits: awesome product coordination. Third, bundles help me create fantastic projects with less effort. Today, I'm showing a card using the Ornate Garden Suite, which includes the Ornate Thanks Bundle and the Ornate Style Bundle. I also used the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder from the Suite. I added accents using the Forever Flourishing Die Cuts using Vellum Cardstock, and some Whisper White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon to finish my card.
The basecard for this card is Soft Sea Foam Cardstock, which is die cut along the bottom using one of the Ornate Borders Dies. Then another layer of Soft Sea Foam dry embossed using the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder.
The sentiment is created using a die cut boarder from the Ornate Layers Dies out of Whisper White cardstock. Then the sentiment itself is die cut using another die stitched rectangle die from the Ornate Layers Dies.. The sentiment is from the Ornate Thanks Stamp Set, and it is stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink.
Behind the sentiment layer, leaf die cuts out of Vellum Cardstock were created using the Forever Flourishing Dies. The card is accented with a bow of Whisper White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. This ribbon is so soft that a bow adds almost no bulk when mailing this card. You'll want to look closely at the entire Ornate Garden suite and gorgeous sample cards on pages 64-67 of the Stampin' Up! annual catalog.
