Stampin' Up! Fragrant Flowers Stamp Set and Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper

Today's card uses a Sale-A-Bration paper called Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper.  It coordinates with the Fragrant Flowers Stamp Set and Dies Bundle from the January - April 2023 Mini Catalog.  I wasn't sure about how I would use this paper when I first saw it, but the more I work with it the more I found myself drawn to the contrast of light and dark images in the Favored Flowers 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper.  I used a color theme of Basic White, Calypso Coral and prints and images from the Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper.  This paper is FREE with a $50 purchase, less shipping and tax during Sale-A-Bration until 28 February.  I used the Framed Florets Dies to create an image area of Basic White ovals and Frames, and used the Fragrant Flowers Dies to Die Cut floral images from the Designer Series Paper.  I used additional prints from the Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper as accent layers on my card front.  For bling, I added two Gold Pastel Adhesive-backed Sequins and a bit of Gold Cord from the Simply Elegant Trim package.  To ensure my sentiment stamped a solid image, I used my Stamparatus and stamped the image onto the Die cut label twice, using Evening Evergreen Ink.  

The basecard for today's card is Calypso Coral Cardstock.  Then I selected two prints from the Favored Flowers 12" X 12" Designer Series Papers and layered them on my card front.  I used the Framed Florets dies to create oval frames in Basic White to use as my image area.    

The Fragrant Flowers Dies include dies that die cut images from the Favored Flowers Designer Series paper.  I selected a floral and added it to the image area on my card.  Note:  if you don't have this Designer Series Paper, you can create this floral image with the Fragrant Flowers Stamp Set and Blends Markers.  Then I die cut a white sentiment label using Fragrant Flowers Dies, and stamped sentiments from the Fragrant Flowers Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen onto the Sentiment Labels using my Stamparatus to ensure solid ink overage. 

To finish my card, I used Gold trim from the Simply Elegant Trim pack and two Gold sequins from the Pastel Adhesive-backed Adhesive pack.
