- Stampin' Up! Fresh As A Daises Designer Series Paper

Looking for an time-saving way to create lovely, handmade greeting cards? The Fresh As A Daisy Suite from the upcoming Stampin' Up! Annual catalog has just the solution. The Fresh As a Daisy Design Series Paper that comes with this suite includes two sheets of preprinted card fronts that means all you need to add is sentiments and accessories. I selected three different preprinted Daisy images from the Designer Series Paper, and then I used several of the new colors from the upcoming Stampin' Up! color refresh to complete my cards. I used Copper Clay and Wild Wheat--both new In Colors-- and Azure Afternoon--one of the new Core Colors--as basecards and accents on my cards. I used sentiment from new stamp sets Cheerful Daisies--part of the Fresh As A Daises Suite -- and from the new Circle Sayings Stamp Set. I used dies from the Stitched Rectangles Dies and Stylish Shapes Dies for my cards, added Adhesive Backed Solid Gems from the Suite, and ribbons from the new 3/8" Moody Mauve Textured Ribbons, and from the current Annual catalog, the 1/4" Early Espresso Faux Suede Ribbon, and 3/4" White Frayed Ribbon. Be sure to pick up these last two ribbons this week on the Last Chance retiring item.
Below, I used a Copper Clay cardstock basecard with one of the card fronts from the Fresh as a Daisy 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper. The I die cut from Azure Afternoon Cardstock a sentiment label using the Stitched Rectangles Dies. I used white embossing powder and heat embossed a sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set using my heat tool onto the sentiment label. I layered the sentiment over a piece of 3/4" White Frayed Ribbon. I added a couple of Boho Blue Adhesive-backed Solid Gems to the corner of the card.
For the card below, I used a Wild Wheat Cardstock basecard with another of the card fronts from the Fresh as a Daisy 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper. I added a layer of Early Espresso Cardstock under the Fresh as a Daisy image. Then I die cut from Wild Wheat Cardstock a stitched circle sentiment label using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I used white embossing powder and heat embossed a sentiment from the Circle Sayings Stamp Set using my heat tool onto the sentiment label. I added a bow of 1/4" Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim as an accent, and to finish my card I added a few Wild Wheat Adhesive-backed solid Gems to my card.
For my third card, below, I used a Bubble Bath Cardstock basecard with yet another of the card fronts from the Fresh as a Daisy 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper. I added a layer of striped paper, which was included with the card fronts from the Fresh As a Daisy Designer Series Paper, along with a matte of Moody Mauve for the image layer. Then I die cut from Basic White Cardstock, a sentiment label using the Stitched Rectangles Dies. I Moody Mauve ink to stamp a sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set onto the label. I finished by adding a bow using the 3/8" Textured Moody Mauve Ribbon, and added a few Moody Mauve Adhesive-backed solid Gems to my card.
The Fresh As a daisy Suite will be available beginning 2 May 2023 with the release of the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.
Reminder: The final date to order from the existing Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog is Monday, 1 May 2023. You'll want to pick up your favorite gems, ribbons and other accessories that will work with your new Annual Catalog order -- like the White Frayed Ribbon and the Faux Sued Trim I used on today's card -- if they won't carry over to the new catalog. Check out both the Clearance Rack and the Last Chance Sale going on until 1 May 2023.

Things to Bring: Bring a bone folder, your favorite scissors, your preferred adhesive, such as snail adhesive, Fine Tip Glue Pen, or Tombow Multi-Purpose Adhesive, and Dimensionals. Inks, stamps, die cuts, papers, envelopes and embellishments are provided with your class fee. New stampers can use my tools and glue their first time attending.
