I'm again using a favorite carry over stamp sets from last years Fall Mini catalog for today's card. It is the Autumn Leaves Stamp Set. This stamp set, found on page 74 of the current 2024-2025 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog, is currently available to order if you're anxious to begin working on your Fall greeting cards. You might even have some of the coordinating All About Autumn Designer Series Paper or other items as this set was originally part of a product suite last Fall. I had purchased extra supplies of coordinating papers last year when I learned this stamp set and dies would carry over, in anticipation of using them again this year with the current Autumn Leaves Stamp Set. My color theme for this card is Moody Mauve, Bubble Bath, and one of the Copper Foil and Mauve prints from the Retired All About Autumn Designer Series Paper. The Autumn Leaves Dies were used to die cut a Copper Foil Leaf with Moody Mauve veins. The sentiment die is also part of this set, as is the sentiment stamped in Berry Burst ink. The basecard for this card is Moody Mauve Cardstock. A layer of a copper foil and Moody Mauve print from the retired All About Autumn 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper covered most of the card front. Then, a leaf image print, also from All About Autumn, creates the focal point of this card. This image was matted with both Bubble Batch Cardstock and Moody Mauve Cardstock.
The Autumn Leaves Dies were used to die cut a Copper Foil leaf, and the veins of the leaf were die cut from Moody Mauve Cardstock. Tip: To avoid getting glue on your Cooper Foil Sheet, back your Moody Mauve Cardstock with Adhesive Sheets before die cutting. Once cut, easily remove the backing from your Moody Mauve veins and adhere to your Copper Foil leaf. While Copper Foil Sheet leaf are retired, you'll find the the Copper sheet in the Textured Metallic 12" X 12" Specialty Paper an excellent substitute.
A Bubble Bath Cardstock sentiment label was die cut using the Autumn Leaves Dies, and one of the sentiments from the Autumn Leaves Stamp Set was stamped using Berry Burst ink. I tried using Moody Mauve first, but felt it wasn't bring enough as a sentiment.
To finish the card, I added accents of retired Moody Mauve Adhesive Backed Speckled Dots, and a bow of retired Moody Mauve 2023-2025 In Color Jute Trim.
When I find a Stamp Set I enjoy using will carry over in a new catalog, I'll often purchase extra products that coordinate with it, even if they don't also carry over. That way, I'm assured of having products that coordinate a second season.
