Today we're diving deep into the heart of the Mixed Media Florals Suite Collection by focusing on the captivating Mixed Florals Stamp Set. Creating a Floral Masterpiece
Let's create a stunning greeting card using the Mixed Florals Stamp Set, First prepare your base card by folding a piece of thick Basic White Cardstock in half. Now cover the front of your card with a vibrant Petal Pink Striped print from the Mixed Florals Designer Series Paper. Next, create a Basic White mat for your floral image using the largest Perennial Postage Die. Now, create a Basic White image layer for stamping your floral image.
- Basecard: 4.25" X 11" Folded to 4.25" X 5.5"
- Die Cut: 4.25" X 5.5" and die cut using the largest Perennial Postage Die
- Image Layer: 3.25" X 4.5"
- Iridescent Striped Trim
- Petal Pink Low Profile Dots
- Basecard: 4.25" X 11" Folded to 4.25" X 5.5"

Personal Touches with Finishing Details
Now, it's time to bring the floral design to life. Stamp the large floral image onto your Basic White image layer using Memento Black ink. To get a clean, stamped image with a stamp this large, you'll want to ink your stamp well and to stamp on a solid surface. Check out the Stampin' Glass Mat Studio from Stampin' Up! -- the perfect surface for stamping clean, solid images.
Use your favorite Blends markers to color the leaves in shades of Granny Apple Green, the tulips, and blossoms in Daffodil Delight and Light Mango Melody, and Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo. Add a touch of charm with a tiny ladybug, stamped in Memento Black Ink and colored with a Poppy Parade Blends Marker. To complete your floral masterpiece, add a sprinkle of Petal Pink Low Profile Dots for a delicate touch. Finish off with a luxurious bow made from Iridescent Striped Trim, adding a touch of elegance and sparkle.
