Merry Patterns is the going to be the theme again today. Why? I'm rushing to get this post completed, which keeping an ear open for the door bell. Last year, after 20+ years living in our home, we finally had our first trick and treaters! I'm hoping this year we will continue to see those cute kids in their fun costumes again. Candy treats are ready and sitting by the door, but its raining and its already growing dark, and I'm losing hope that any of the cute treats sitting by the door will be used. Plus, the Astros are about to kickoff the 6th game of the World Series. After the excitement of Game 5, where we won 13 to 12, I really want to finish this post and get in front of my TV!
The basecard for today's card is Cherry Cobbler, then a layer of Whisper White, and then a layer of one of the patterns from the Be Merry Designer Series Paper. The Elk image is stamped in Basic Gray outline and Cherry Cobbler, as is the sentiment. I fussy cut the elk out leaving a thin boarder. The two other banners are Cherry Cobbler and Basic Gray.
The accents are the Metallic Foil Doilies and three White Perfect Accents. If this feels rush, it is. If you have questions, don't hesitate to email me. I really want to watch the Astros' game. This card was one of the fastest to make in this series.
