Stampin' Up! Country Home Stamp Set
Earlier in September I posted a card made with the Stampin' Up! Country home set that I created for a swap. Today, I'm sharing a couple more beautiful ideas for using the Country Home set I received from this swap. Swaps are such a fun way to get great ideas for using stamp set that boost your creativity.
Above is the card I created on the left and swaps I received from Wendy McGrath and from Barbara Harmon.
The rich, Fall colors used on both cards I received in the swap are beautiful. The Chicken Wire Elements and the variety of techniques used on Wendy McGrath's card below are beyond stunning. She used three different Designer Series Paper, embossed one of the cans in Silver embossing powder, used blends to color the flowers, and used the Tin Tile Dynamic Impressions Embossing folder and Silver Foil as an additional accent. The fussy cutting alone on the cans and flowers is impressive!! Cards like this make swapping such a joy.

Barbara Harmon's card, below is equally impressive in the choice of beautiful Blackberry Bliss, Soft Suede and Mango Melody cardstock. Barbara also used the Tin Tile Dynamic Impressions Embossing Folder on the Soft Suede background for this card for a stunning background accent.
Both cards are beautifully executed and provide great ideas for using the Country Home Stamp set for Fall greetings.

I think swaps are a wonderful way to meet other stampers, see how others use new stamp sets, and i think both Wendy McGrath and Barbara Harmon did outstanding jobs showing off the Country Home Stamp set from the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog. You can download free copies of the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog and Annual Catalogs at this link.
