Another card using Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper a Free Sale-A-Bration Selection

I'm having a delightful week working with prints from the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper package.  During Sale-A-Bration, this is a free selection from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure with a $50 purchase (less shipping and tax).  As we close out Sale-a-Bration this coming Monday, 28 February 2022, I wanted to create a selection of floral cards using the variety of prints from this free selection to give you a better idea at the variety you could create with this selection.   This is another very simple card uses the two prints from the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Papers, along with Just Jade Cardstock. I added a sentiment from the Special Moments Stamp Set, another free Sale-a-bration Selection, and a bow of Pale Papaya and White Ribbon along with a few 2021-2023 In Color Jewels to complete this card. This paper pack is free with a $50 order until February 28, 2022.  This week is also the final days for the joining special, where you can select two free stamp sets when you join Stampin' Up! as a Demonstrator.  See below for full details.

To create today's card, I used a base card of Just Jade.  Then I selected a polka dot prints from the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper pack.  And then I cut three strips of another prints from the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper.   

I created a bow from the Pale Papaya & White 1/2" Ribbon, and added it to my card front.  Then I added a simple Basic White label and stamped one of the sentiments from the Special Moments Stamp Set using Just Jade Ink.    I used  dimensionals to pop up the sentiment and backed the top edge with a bit of Just Jude.  Then I added three 2021-2023 In Color Jewels to the sentiment labels.

Daffodil greeting card using a Free Sale-A-Bration Designer Series Paper Selection

We're closing in on the final week of Sale-A-Bration, and I'm continuing to showcase the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper selection in my posts.  During Sale-A-Bration, you can earn a FREE selection from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure with each $50 or $100 purchase.  This selection -- Daffodil Afternoon 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper Pack coordinates with the Daffodile Dream Bundle from the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog.  However, I'm showing it on its own as it creates beautiful greeting cards with or without the coordinating stamp set and dies.  This very simple card uses the Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing folder on the Pear Pizzazz Background, with a print from the Daffodil Afternoon paper taking center stage on the front of this card.  I added a sentiment and ribbon Magenta Madness, which added just the right amount of brightness to this card. This paper pack is free with a $50 order until February 28, 2022.  This week is the final days for the joining special.  See below for more details.

To create today's card, I used a base card of Pear Pizzazz.  Then I dry embossed another layer of Pear Pizzazz using the Banquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder.  This folder has a heart in the center, but because my printed Designer Series Paper covered that area, all you see are the wonderful tiny embossed flower  created by this folder.  Then I added a layer of Basic White as a matte to the Daffodil Afternoon 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper.

I used another die from the Ornate Layer Dies to create the Basic White sentiment layer.  I stamped a sentiment from the Flowering Tulips Stamp Set in Just Jade Ink onto the Basic White stitched rectangle. I used a dragonfly stamp from the Dragonfly Garden Stamp set and stamped on Polished Pink Vellum using Polished Pink Ink.  Then I used the Dragonflies Punch to punch it out.  I used two mini dimensionals to pop it up and added a couple of Polished Pink jewels to the dragonfly body.  I also added two small Pale Papaya jewels to the sentiment layer, which looked like Daffodil Delight on the card.
