Stampin' Up! Gather Together Stamp Set for fun Thanksgiving cards

Stampin' Up! Come To Gather Suite

I have to admit, I'm secretly in love with the Terracotta Tile In Color.  I typically go for quieter, neutral tones, but Terracotta Tile just makes my eyes happy!.  Today's Thanksgiving card uses the Come To Gather Suite, including the Gather Together Stamp Set and the Gathered Leaves Dies.  I really love all the sentiments in the Word Wishes Dies, and I like the effect of using a fussy-cut mat to accent the die cut word.  I struggling with these word dies because they didn't look substantial on a card.  The mat gives these words just the right heft for my tastes.  Now I can't wait to try them on more cards!     
  



The basecard for this card is Terracotta Tile.  The a layer of two of the prints from the 2019-2021 In Color 6" X 6" Designer Series Papers.  I added a piece of Terracotta Tile Scalloped Linen Ribbon down the seam in the center.


  



I stamped the leaves from Gather Together Stamp Set in Terracotta Tile ink on Crumb Cake. Once die cut, I used a sponge to ink them lightly with Cajun Craze ink.   I also die cut a leafy die cut from the Frosted Frames Dies using Pretty Peacock cardstock to add to the leaves 

 Then I stamped the Pumpkins from Gather Together in Terracotta Tile ink and die cut them with the Gathered Leaves Dies, and lightly inked the edges with Cajun Craze ink.  

    


To add sentiments to the card, I cut a Whisper White fame using the Ornate Frames Dies and stamped the word Happy from the A Wish for Everything Stamp Set.  I added a Pretty Peacock In Color Faceted Dot to the edge. I die cut the word Thanksgiving using the Word Wishes Dies on Pretty Peacock Cardstock.  I backed it with a piece of Crumb Cake and the fussy cut around the letters.  I'm so pleased with how it turn out!

 Be sure to look for the Bundles item numbers (see below) when purchasing these sets to save 10% over purchasing these stamps and dies separately.    You'll love creating this fun card using your own colors and sentiments.  And, you'll love everything you make with these bundles.

Stampin' Up! Gather Together Stamp Set

As you think through you Fall card ideas before placing you Holiday Catalog order, take a closer look at the Gather Together Stamp Set and the Come To Gather Designer Series Papers.  These are part of the Come To Gather Suite in the newly released Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog.  Check out all if the coordinating products in this suite on page 46-48 of the Holiday Catalog.

     

  


The base card for this card is Pretty Peacock.  Then one of the prints
from the Come Gather Together Designer Series Papers.  Then another print from this same paper pack is matted in Crumb Cake an is used as the focal point for the card.        



The sentiments are from the Gather Together Stamp Set and stamped on to Whisper White in Pretty Peacock ink,  The sentiments are matted in Pretty Peacock and mounted on Dimensionals,   
              




The Pretty Peacock die cuts were cut using dies from the Frosted Frames Dies.
