I love snowflakes for Christmas Cards.    Today's card uses a variety of snowflakes from several different dies including Gingerbred Dies and Stitched Snowflakes Dies plus the Wonderful Snowflakes Embellishments.   I used the Heartwarming Hugs 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper with Pear Pizzazz and Mossy Meadow Cardstock.  I added a few gray-looking  pearls from the Pastel Pearls accessories pack, and I had some retired Mossy Meadow Twine. You can color one of the twines in the Baker's Twine Essentials Pack. Or, the Clearance rack includes a Mossy Meadow Braided Linen Trim -- on sale while it lasts.   I used the Merry Christmas sentiment in the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set.  Right now is a good time to pick up many of these items as they are on the Last Chance Sale or part of the Clearance Rack Refresh.  But don't delay, I've noticed that many of the Clearance Rack items have already sold out..in just two days! 

The basecard for this card is Pear Pizzazz Cardstock.  Then a layer of Basic White used as a matte for one of the prints from the Heartwarming Hugs 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper.    

I used an assortment of snowflake dies to create the die-cut images .  I used the Gingerbread Dies to create a base of Crumb Cake for one of the Wonderful Snowflakes.  I used the Stitched Snowflake Dies to cut a small Pear Pizzazz snowflake for the center of the larger snowflake.  I also used the Stitched Snowflakes Dies to die cut a Mossy Meadow Snowflake for one corner of the card front.   

   

To finish the card I added a sentiment stamped on Basic White in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I used a sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set, then added a few Pastel Pearls.  I also added a bow of Mossy Meadow Twine, a retired product.  However, you can use your blends or a stamp pad to color a piece of White Twine  from the Bakers' Twine Essential Pack.

I had the Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite out on my work surface for a swap I'm attending this week end, and decided to make a quick card with this suite.  I focused on using the Frosted Gingerbread dies with Cinnamon Cider and Basic White cardstock, and then used a print from the  of the coordinating Gingerbread & Peppermint 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper.  Then I added a bow of 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon and my card was complete!  I like this card because it is simple and fast yet looks amazing.

The basecard of for this card is Cinnamon Cider.  Then a matte of Basic White under a print from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper.  Then, another layer of Basic White for the image layer.

Then, I used the Gingerbread Dies to create a bae of Cinnamon Cider and Basic White to create the detailed upper layer.  To speed up the assembly of these two layers, I used Adhesive Sheets on the Basic White detailed layer.  The sentiment is from the Peaceful Deer Bundle, however, sentiments from the Frosted Gingerbread Stamp set would work just as well.  The sentiment is stampeded in Cinnamon Cider Ink.  I added a bow of White 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon.  In hindsight, I think the organdy ribbon make this into a wedding card if needed.  If you have some of the Cinnamon Cider Ribbon from the previous catalog, I think that would make this card look more traditionally Christmas.
