Stampin' Up! Lasting Lily and Lily Framelits Dies Sneak Peek

Stampin' Up! Lasting Lilly & Lily Framelits Dies


I'm so excited!  Late this afternoon I received my Second Release Sale-A-Bration pre-order and Sale-A-Bration Coordinating products.  I got a few minutes to try one of the Coordination item.  I'll show you one today and more to follow.  So what is Sale-A-Bration Second Release?   Beginning February 15-March 31, Stampin' Up! will add several more FREE products you can earn with a $50 or $100 order.  Current Sale-A-Bration products remain available, as well.  Well, then, what is the Sale-A-Bration Coordination Release?  Beginning March 1-31, Stampin' Up! will begin offering products you can purchase that coordinate with select Sale-A-Bration items.  Today I'm sharing one of these new Coordinating Products -- the Lily Framelits Dies, which coordinate with the Stampin' Up! Lasting Lilly set.  Stampin' Up! Lasting Lily is a FREE Sale-A-Bration Set with a $100 order from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure.   


With the new Lily Framelits Dies, you can now Die cut your lilies, stems, plus the die set includes two sentiment shapes that can be used alone or layered, as I did on the card above.  I used a basecard of Soft Sea Foam, then a layer of Calypso Coral.  Then an image layer of Whisper White.  The lilies are stamped in Calypso Coral, and the one on the right is die cut with the new Lily Framelits Die.  The stems are stamped in Mint Macaron ink.



The sentiment die cut uses two dies from the new Lily Framelits Dies.  The bottom layer in Calypso Coral and the top layer is Whisper White with the sentiment stamped in Night of Navy.  

 The die cut at the top and the bottom of the card is from a new Doily Builder Thinlits Dies set in the Occasions catalog.  I cut it in half and used part on the top of the card and part on the bottom. A small pearl from the Share What You Love Artisan Pearl package accents the larger die cut lily.

Stampin' Up! Lasting Lily Stamp Set


I'm showing another sneak peek today of another free Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration selection; the Lasting Lily stamp set.  This is one of the two selections that is free with a $100 order beginning January 3 as part of Sale-A-Bration; and well-worth it!  The lovely stamp set includes this beautiful lily and 10 different sentiments.  I've used two of them on the two versions of the cards I created today.  You'll want to save some of your holiday gift money for January 3, when the new Occasions catalog is released and you'll be able to select free Sale-A-Bration gifts -- like the Lasting Lily stamp set -- with your $50 or $100 order.  


The Stampin' Up! Lasting Lily stamp set is a Distinktive-style stamp set.  That means it uses the special technology patented by Stampin' Up! to make the stamp look like it has been stamped two or three times to crate realistic shading.  


I used my Stamparatus and stamped both Grapefruit Grove lilies at the same time.  Then I use the stems on clear blocks to stamp the stems and the sentiments.  




The ink and papers used were Grapefruit Grove, Whisper White and the polka dots are one of the 6" X 6" In Color 6 X 6" prints from the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.  The stems and sentiment were stamped in Pear Pizzazz.



The accents in the right hand card are the Grapefruit Faceted Dots form the Accessories section of the  Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.  I can't wait to try this beautiful stamp set in more colors.  It is so lovely in real life.

Year-End Closeouts continue through January 2 2019



We all love year-end bargains.  Stretch your holiday budget by purchasing discounted merchandise now, while supplies last.   A few surplus items from the annual catalog are also included in this sale.  Don't wait, as some items have already sold out.

Winter Woods bundle will carry over


I love that some of my favorite Holiday Stamp Sets will carry over beyond the Holiday catalog period.  Winter Woods is one of my favorite new stamp sets from the Holiday catalog, and it ties back and works well with the Lovely as a Tree Stamp set and the Rooted in Nature Bundle from the annual Stampin' Up! catalog.

 The advantage of purchasing the Winter Woods Bundle now as part of the Year End-Close out is that you can still purchase the stamp set and coordinating dies at a 10% savings when the stamp set and dies are purchased as a bundle.  However, although you'll be able to purchase Winter Woods after the Year-End Closeout, beginning January 3, you won't be able to purchase the set at the 10% bundle savings.  Take a closer look at this fun bundle in the attached video.  Winter Woods - (wood-mount, 149991; clear-mount - 149992).  I recommend the clear mount, as it works with the Stamparatus, if you choose to use it.  Wood-mount stamps don't work with your Stamparatus.
