Another Mediterranean Blooms Greeting Card using Stampin' Up!

Creating with the Mediterranean Blooms Suite collection is like taking a stroll though a beautiful Mediterranean town.   Charming tilework and Tangy Citruses Designer Series Paper, and greenery die cuts using the Citrus Blooms Dies create fun focal points for your special greeting cards.  The dies can be used to cut the citrus fruit and small floral blooms in the coordinating Mediterranean Blooms Designer Series Paper.  The Designer Series Paper includes ripe, succulent fruit that pops with color against the tilework pattern backgrounds creating sticking cards.  The color theme for today's card is Night of Navy, and Basic White, with additional colors of Old Olive, Lemon Lolly, Peach Pie and Pumpkin Pie in the Designer Series Paper images.   This card uses a die cut border from the Citrus Blooms Dies as a background for one of the peach prints die cut from the Designer Series paper.  The sentiment is from Everyday Greetings Stamp Set, stamped in Night of Navy Ink on a die cut sentiment label from Unbounded Love Dies.  The ribbon bow uses the Night of Navy & Gold 1/2" Glittered Ribbon.

The basecard for this card is Night of Navy Cardstock.  Then, a layer of one of the tilework prints from the Mediterranean Blooms 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper.  The top portion of the card includes a Basic White Cardstock die cut using half of a board cut using the largest Citrus Blooms Dies.   

 

The oranges grouping is from the Mediterranean Blooms 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper, and it is die cut using one of the Citrus bloom Dies.  It is popped up on Dimensionals before adding it to the front of the card.

 

To finish the card, create a Basic White Cardstock Sentiment label using a die from the Unbounded Love Dies, and stamp a sentiment from the Everyday Greetings Stamp Set in Night of Navy.  Die cut a Night of Navy leaf as an accent to use as an accent, and add two of the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems as embellishments.
