Here's another card using the Splendid Day Suite from the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog. This time I paired it with the Penned Flower Dies backing the Penned Flowers Die with Vellum Cardstock. This tuned out better than I thought it would. I'm always impressed with how well Stampin' Up! products work when they are mixed and matched. I used a Sahara Sand and Basic White Cardstock theme and mixed in a foil print from the Splendid Day 12" X 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper pack. I cut a circle using the Stylish Shapes Dies and added the foil Designer Series Paper behind the Sahara Sand Cardstock. I used the Stitched Greenery Die to create a pattern on the Sahara Sand Cardstock. I die cut a few half circle shapes using the Splendid Stamps Dies, and stamped sentiments from the Splendid Thoughts Stamp Set. I love the elegant feel of this foil paper and the clean look of the white elements on this card. You'll loving working with the entire Splendid Day Suite and your friends and family will enjoy receive cards created with this suite. This card uses a basecard of Thick Basic White Cardstock. Then a layer of Sahara Sand die cut with leaf impressions using the Stitched Greenery Die. I used the second to the largest circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies to die cut a circle cutout and added one of the foils from the Splendid Day 12" X 12" Specialty Designer Series Papers behind the hole.
I then used the Penned Flowers Dies to create a floral bouquet die cut backed with Vellum Cardstock. I also included the outline around the die cut as it added to the weight of the overall bouquet. It looks just as good without the outline border, so if you're casing the card, you can see which way you want to show the floral die cut.
I used the Splendid Stems Dies and die cut three half- circle shapes. One in Sahar Sand. One in Silver Foil, and one in Basic White. I used sentiments from the Splendid Thoughts Stamp Set and stamped them with Sahara Sand ink onto the Basic White half circle shape. I also added a string of Silver Simply Elegant Trim and a couple of White Dots from the Classic Matte Dots package.
