Stampin' Up! Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper is a Free Sale-a-Bration Selection

This is the final week of January-February Sale-A-Bration.  That means you have just days left to place a $50 or $100 order (less shipping and tax) and select free Sale-A-Bration items.  Today I'm using one of my favorite free Sale-A-Bration selections:  The Paper Bloom Designer Series Paper.  This Free Sale-A-Bration selection includes 12 sheets of 6 different designs of 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper, and it coordinates with the Pretty Perennials Bundle from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.  I used one of the blooms from one of the prints.    Then, I used the Perennial Petals Dies to add elements to the flower I cut from the Designer Series Paper.  I also used the Stitched so Sweetly Dies to add a rectangular vellum background and a Night of Navy label for the sentiment.  This is one set of Designer Series Papers you'll love...and it's a Free Sale-A-Bration Selection until Sunday, February 28, 2021  
 
Floral Birthday Card using Stampin' Up! Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper


These cards use a basecard of Rococo Rose Cardstock.  Then a layer of Basic White Cardstock.  And then a print from the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper.

I selected another print from the Paper BLooms Designer Series paper, and fussy cut one of the flowers from the paper to use as a focal point for my image layer.  I used the Stitched So Sweetly our of Vellum Cardstock as the base for the floral image.  I also used one of the dies from the Perennial petals Dies to cut elements out of Night of Navy Cardstock.

I used another die from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to die cut Night of Navy labels for the sentiment.  The sentiments are from the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set.  I stamped them using Versamark ink then covered the sentiment with White Stampin' Emboss Powder, and set the powder using my Heat Tool. The flower and the sentiment are raised using Stampin' Dimensionals. I added a few Clear Epoxy Droplets in the center of the flower and elsewhere on the card front.

Soft Sea Foam Thank You card using Stampin' Up! So Sentimental

Stampin' Up! So Sentimental Stamp Set


I wanted to create a card that used some of the retiring item before they retire on June 2 and also featured some items that will carry over to the new, annual Stampin' Up! catalog going live June 3.  Items used on this card that are retiring are the Leaf Punch, Birthday Dies, Nobel Peacock Rhinestones and So Very Vellum Specialty Designer Series Paper.  While its always sad to lose some of your favorites, I'm always happy when I can use items a little longer.  The Small Bloom Punch, the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the So Sentimental Stamp Set and coordinating dies WILL carry over to the new catalog. If you've had your eyes on the So Sentimental Bundle, you'll want to order this set before June 3, to take advantage of the bundle pricing.  Bundle pricing on this set ends June 2, even though this bundle will carry over to the new Stampin' Up! annual catalog and be available as individual items.  Save 10% when you purchase the So Sentimental Bundle. If there are other bundles you've had your eye on, be sure to purchase them before the release of the new annual catalog. It's all in the Retiring Products information I posted in my recent post.  Order your favorites before they are gone.





The basecard for today's card is Soft Sea Foam.  Then another layer of Soft Sea Foam dry embossed with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder.  Then a layer of So Very Vellum Specialty Designer Series Paper.  The Whisper White layer was die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  

 The sentiments, from the So Sentimental Stamp Set was stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink. 




The edges of the cards are decorated with die cuts and punches, including the Leaf Punch, The Small Bloom Punch, stems and leaves from the Birthday Dies.  These elements were die cut and punched from Whisper White, Soft Sea Form and Vellum Cardstock.  The centers of each flower includes an Old Olive Rhinestones from the Noble Peacock Rhinestones, which are on sale on the Last-Chance Product list.        






If you need a special card, this is a beautiful card layout that you can use with your favorite colors and your favorite punches and dies. 

The new Annual Stampin' Up catalogs will be available to customers June 2, and I've  submitted my list to Stampin' Up! to have catalogs sent directly to my customers who have purchased within the past 6 months.  They will receive their new catalogs mid- to late-May and can begin placing orders June 3.  If you don't have a demonstrator and want a copy of the upcoming Stampin' Up!
