Butterflies Move Me
Today I'm playing with a new die set called Move Me. It coordinates with a stamp set called, You Move Me, but I only used the dies. The butterfly die from this thinlit set is two dies that can be used together. The inside die creates the detailed wings. The larger, outside die creates the butter fly shape. Both can be run through the Big Shot together to cut the Basic Black image. Then the larger shape die is used to cut out a shape to use as a backing to give the butterfly color. I ran the outer shape die through the Big Shot to cut the Lemon Lime Twist butterfly backing.
I used a base card of Lemon Lime Twist, then a layer of Basic Black and then a background layer from the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Pack in Lemon Lime Twist. I created a Whisper White image block matted in Basic Black for the two butterflies.
The sentiment is cut using the smallest of the Stitched Shape Framelit dies and matted onto a Basic Black scalloped circle cut with the Layering Circles Thinlits.

The body of the butterfly includes one of the smallest Glitter Enamels, which is the perfect accent for this card. This card brightened my day! I love this sentiment so much that it sits on one of my clear blocks on my stamping desk permanently ... and its retired... from the Sunburst Saying set, but too great to give up.
