Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration Sneak Peek
I just couldn't wait any longer to show you this super cute Stampin' Up! Sale-A- Bration set called Hello Cupcake. The Sale-A-bration brochure included this card in the brochure as a sample and I just had to make my own version with this fun stamp set. You'll see all of these free selections for Sale-a-bration when you receive the new Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs, which will show up in your mail box towards the end of December if you're a customer of mine. Sale-A-Bration is a special sale Stampin' Up! holds during Jan - Feb - March, where each $50 or $100 purchase earns you free selections from Sale-A-Bration merchandise from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure, shown below. I'm in love with this cute cupcake set, and it was one of my first selections from when demonstrators could begin placing pre-order.
I used a basecard of Gorgeous Grape, then another layer of Gorgeous Grape which I stamped with a sentiment from this stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink. Then I added a layer of Highland Heather cardstock which I used for the base of my cupcake image.
I stamped the base of the cupcake in Soft Suede, the first cupcake layer in Gorgeous Grape, then another cupcake layer in Grapefruit Grove, and the top layer is stamped in Coastal Cabana. The heart is stamped in Lovely Lipstick. Then I fussy cut each of these images, and layered them together.
The sentiment is stamped on Vellum cardstock so that the cupcake beneith it would show through. It is punched out with a 1-3/4" punch. To hide the mini dimensionals used to pop up the sentiment, I added two Gorgeous Grape Glitter Enamel Dots. Looks good enough to eat!

You'll want to know which Holiday Catalog items will carry over after January 2. Download a pdf copy of the Holiday carryover list here. Pay particular attention to the bundles in the current Holiday catalog that you're thinking about purchasing for next year. Buy them before January 2, because the bundle price -- a 10% savings -- goes away on January 2. You'll still be able to purchase these carryover items after January 2, but you'll no longer get the 10% savings for purchasing them as a bundle.
