Just Add Color with Blends Markers
Today's card couldn't be faster and easier. I used the Just Add Color Special Paper from Stampin' Up!, and colored it with Blends Markers, cut out the images, stamped and die cut a few clouds, stamped a sentiment ad the card was done. I love fast, easy cards like this!
I used a Pool Party base card. Then a layer of the Coastal Cabana, a returning color that will be in the upcoming June 1 catalog. I had some in my stash as it was a color I really liked, even though it had once retired. Then I used a layer of Whisper White as the base for my images and sentiment.
Tip: I usually stamp my sentiment before I add other elements to the image layer, so that I don't mess up my entire image layer after I have my images adhered. The sentiment is from the In The City stamp set, a hostess set.
I selected three buildings from one of the sheets of the Just Add Color Specialty Designer Series Paper. Then I used the light Old Olive, light Soft Sky, and light Calypso Coral Blends Markers to color them before I fussy cut them and popped them up on Dimensionals.
The I grabbed my Lift Me Up stamp set and coordinating Up & Away Thinlits, and stamped several sizes of clouds in Coastal Cabana and die cut them. Then I scattered them across the top of the card and glued them onto the Whisper White. I'm so glad this set will carry over to the new calendar year.

We're getting together Sunday to make cards with several fun stamp sets and products from Stampin' Up!. Some will soon retire and this is your last chance to use these sets. Some are from the new catalog, giving you a sneak peek from the catalog, set for release on June 1. We'll make 6 different cards using a variety of papers, die cuts, embossing folders, Blends Markers, and embellishments. Join Us! You'll love creating these cards and then sharing your creativity with others when you need to send a special "thank you", a friendly "hello", or remember a Birthday. Pick from a variety of sentiments so each card fits your needs..
