My January 2021 catalog preorder of new goodies arrived late this afternoon and I just had to put together a couple of cute cards using one of the Sale-A-Bration stamps sets from my preorder.

I pulled out the set called Darling Donkeys and decide to make two quick cads. This set is sooo cute! I selected a couple of pieces of 6" X 6" Designer Series Papers, die cut a label using a die from the Hippo & Friends Dies, added a Tricolor Ribbon and finished these fast cards. I found the balloon from the Special Someone set worked with one of the donkeys, and I cut a scalloped stitched circle. This set will be available to demonstrators December 1 (a great reason to join my team as a demonstrator, now), and customers can earn this set free with a $50 order beginning January 5, 2021.

Two cards make using the Darling Donkeys Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set From Stampin' Up!

The cards use a basecard of Purple Pose. Then, I selected prints from the Neutrals 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper and from the Brights 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper packs, cut two 3" X 3" squares, and added them to the card front. Then I die cut a stitched label from Whisper White cardstock using one of the Hippo & Friends Dies.

For the card above, I selected one of the donkeys from the Darling Donkeys along with one of the sentiments from this Sale-A-Bration set. I stamped the donkey in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. He just looked like he needed something, so I found a balloon from the Special Someone Stamp Set. First I positioned the balloon itself to make sure I knew where it would fit on the label. Then I inked only the portion of the string I needed for the Balloon with a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker. Then I inked the balloon with Highland Heather ink and added it to the label.

For the card above, I turned the die cut label 90 degrees from my first card and stamped another image from the Darling Donkeys Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I used a Highland Heather and Old Olive Stampin' Blends Markers to color the flower and stems. I stamped a sentiment from the Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a die cut from the Tasteful Labels Dies. I also used a length of 3/8" Tricolor Ribbon on each card.

One of the fun, new stamp sets I received with our Swag Bag from the recent Stampin' Up! virtual convention called OnStage@Home that I received last week is the Enjoy The Moment Stamp Set. I'm using it today along with paper from the Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper Pack and Vanilla ribbon from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack. I used stamps for the new Enjoy The Moment Stamp set to create a pattern on the Crumb Cake layer of this card, and used Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Markers to add subtle shading to the image on the card. When I first saw this set, I wasn't sure I would get much use out of it, but after playing with it for an afternoon, I'm definitely moving this set to the front of my stamp collection to keep it within easy reach. I love the simplicity of the images and my mind is buzzing with different color combinations I want to create using this set.

Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla Greeting Card using Enjoy the Moment Stamp Set

The card above uses a basecard of Early Espresso Cardstock. Then a layer of Crumb Cake Cardstock stamped off once using one of the images from the Enjoy The Moment Stamp Set. Then I used a band of one of the prints from theGilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Friendship Card using Enjoy the Moment Stamp Set

The image layer is Very Vanilla Cardstock matted using Early Espresso. I stamped the image in Crumb Cake ink and shaded it lightly using a Light Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Marker. I die cut a rectangle using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and stamped a sentiment from the Enjoy The Moment Stamp Set in Crumb Cake ink.

I created a bow using the Vanilla Open Weave Ribbon from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack. To finish the card I added a few of the pearlescent white gems from the Elegant Faceted Gems pack.
