Luxurious Fall Cards using Blackberry Beauty Suite

Stampin' Up! gives us so many different styles of papers, stamps and dies to work with.  From cute to elegant, there's so much to choose from.  I fell in love with the Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper, which is pat of the Blackberry Beauty Suite.  It pairs with the most elegant, rich Fall colors.  I used Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry and Bumblebee, and mixed in some Brushed Metallic Cardstock elements to create today's card.  I created leaves using dies from the detailed Pumpkins Dies and Sunflowers dies, and mounted them on Tailor Make Tags from the dies by that name. I added a few Gilded Gems and Blackberry Bliss Striped Ribbon dies with Gold Trim to complete my card.

The basecard  for this card is Bumblebee Cardstock  Then a layer of Blackberry Bliss.  The image layer is matted in Bumblebee Cardstock with a layer of Blackberry Beauty 12" X 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper. 

I used the Tailor Make Tags Dies to create a Very Vanilla tag for my sentiment and Fall-themed die cuts.  I stamped one of the sentiments from the Pretty Pumpkins Stamp Set in Rich Razzleberry ink, and then added leafy die cuts from the Detailed Pumpkins Dies and the Sunflower Dies. 

I added a Blackberry Bliss Striped Ribbon, that is retired, but it was too perfect not to use on this card.  I tied it using the Gold Trim from the Simply Elegant Trim set. Then I added Gilded Gems as accents.

I had the Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite out on my work surface for a swap I'm attending this week end, and decided to make a quick card with this suite.  I focused on using the Frosted Gingerbread dies with Cinnamon Cider and Basic White cardstock, and then used a print from the  of the coordinating Gingerbread & Peppermint 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper.  Then I added a bow of 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon and my card was complete!  I like this card because it is simple and fast yet looks amazing.

The basecard of for this card is Cinnamon Cider.  Then a matte of Basic White under a print from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper.  Then, another layer of Basic White for the image layer.

Then, I used the Gingerbread Dies to create a bae of Cinnamon Cider and Basic White to create the detailed upper layer.  To speed up the assembly of these two layers, I used Adhesive Sheets on the Basic White detailed layer.  The sentiment is from the Peaceful Deer Bundle, however, sentiments from the Frosted Gingerbread Stamp set would work just as well.  The sentiment is stampeded in Cinnamon Cider Ink.  I added a bow of White 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon.  In hindsight, I think the organdy ribbon make this into a wedding card if needed.  If you have some of the Cinnamon Cider Ribbon from the previous catalog, I think that would make this card look more traditionally Christmas.
