I'm so excited!  The January-June 2022 Mini Catalog releases tomorrow, January 4, 2022, which means customers can begin placing orders for all the wonderful, new items demonstrators have been playing with this past month.  Today I'm highlighting a new bundle from the upcoming catalog called Flowering Rain Boots Bundle.  You'll love creating fast, simple cards using this stamp set and coordinating Rain Boots Dies.  I love that the individual pieces can be stamped in different colors and then die cut. I used a background print from the Pansy Petals 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper along with So Saffron Cardstock, which set off the Smoky Slate rain boots and tulips.  I can't wait to create more fun cards with this set.  It includes several fun elements that will make this a useful set all Spring.  

The basecard for this card is So Saffron Cardstock.  Then a layer of one of the prints from the Pansy Petals 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper.  Then I cut an element from Basic White using the Printed Labels Dies, which I also used as the base for my sentiment.

I stamped the boots from the Flowering Rain Boots Stamp set in Smoky Slate, the flower stems in Pear Pizzazz, and the Tulip heads in So Saffron.  Then I uses the coordinating dies from the Rain Boots Dies set to die cut all three elements at the same time using my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. I glued the all of the elements onto the card surface, except the Tulip heads.  I used Mini Dimensionals to pop up the Tulip heads.   

  

I stamped one of the sentiments from the Flowering Rainboots Stamp Set in Smoky Slate onto the Basic White circle element.  Then I added some of the cutest Brushed Brass Butterflies, which are also new in the January- June Mini Catalog.  I LOVE these new butterflies.  They are nice and flat, which means they are less likely to punch holes in your mailing envelope!

I'm playing with another print from the Friendly Hello 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper, a Free Sale-a-Bration Selection, today.  It's part of a Free Sale-A-Bration selection called Friendly Hello Stamp Set + Friendly Hello 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper, Item $159990.  And it includes both items with your $100 purchase.  I'm obsessed with this paper and stamp set and every time I pull it out, cards seem to make themselves!  I had no intentions of making cards last evening.  I just wanted to do a little clean up in my messy craft room.  Next thing I know, this card comes together!  How fun is that!  The Hello Friend sentiment is from this Friendly Hello Stamp Set.  I heat embossed one of the smaller floral images from this set onto the label I die cut using the Painted Labels Dies.  The floral images in this background are perfect for this card. Good news!  The White 3/8" Glittered Ribbon I used on the corner of this card will carry over from the soon to retire July-December 2021 Mini Catalog.   My customers have begun reporting that they've received copies of the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog AND the Sale-A-Bration selections brochure, so watch your mailbox for your copy. 

The basecard for this card is Petal Pink Cardstock.  Then a layer of Basic white.  Next, I used a new print from the Friendly Hello 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper pack, which coordinates with the Friendly Hello Stamp Set.  I added a Basic White die cut from the Painted Labels along with a Petal Pink sentiment label from the same die set.

In addition to stamping the Hello friend sentiment in Tuxedo Black ink onto the sentiment label, I also stamped the small flower image from the Friendly Hello Stamp Set in VersaMark ink, added White Embossing Powder, and then heat set it with my heat tool.    

  

For added bling, I created a bow using the White 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon, Item #156408, $8.50 USD, which is a carry over item from the soon-to-retire July-December 2021 Mini Catalog.  Yes!  This fun ribbon will carry over! To finish the card, I added two Elegant Faceted Gems, Item 152464, $7.50 USD.

Get the most from your December 2021 Lots of Puns Paper Pumpkin Kit
