I think I'm in love with one of the new 3D Embossing Folders called Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder from the January-April Mini Catalog.  I paired it with Vellum Cardstock and prints from a new Sale-A-Bration Selection, Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper, and I love the effect created with this Embossing Folder!  I created two cards today.  Both used the Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder to create one of the layers.  I used some of the colors from the Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper and used two different prints from the designer series paper as my focal point.  My color theme for these cards is Boho Blue, Bubble Bath, Basic White, and Vellum.  I used a sentiment from the Softly Sophisticated Stamp Set on one card and a sentiment from the Stippled Roses Stamp Set on my other card.  I used sheer ribbons from the 3/8" Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack from the Annual Catalog, and I used some of the Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots from the January - April Mini Catalog as accents.  Purchasing from the January - April Min Catalog begins January 4, and the earning period for Sale-A-Bration also begins that day.  From January 4- February 29, for each $50 or $100 you spend, you can select Free items from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure.  As always, Sale-A-Bration selections are available until out of stock, so my Shopping tip is to order from the new Mini catalog and Annual Catalog early so your Free Sale-A-Bration selections are available when you order.

For the first card, below, the basecard for the card is Bubble Bath Cardstock.  Then a layer of Vellum Cardstock dry embossed using the Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder.  Next a layer of one of the prints from the Flight & Airy 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper, matted with Bubble Bath Cardstock.  I added a Azure Afternoon ribbon from the 3/8" Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack, and I stamped a sentiment in Boho Blue onto a Basic White piece of Cardstock from the Softly Sophisticated Stamp Set.  Then I added Azure Afternoon Dots from the Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots Pack as a finishing touch.  

For the second card design, below, the basecard for the card is Boho Blue Cardstock. Then a layer of Basic White.  Then another layer of Boho Blue the same size as the Vellum layer on top of it.  For the layer of Vellum Cardstock, I dry embossed it using the Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder and then covered the smaller Boho Blue layer with it.  Next, I used a print from the Flight & Airy 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper, matted with Boho Blue Cardstock.  I added a Bubble Bath Ribbon and bow from the 3/8" Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack in the Annual Catalog.  Finally, I used the Thoughtful Expressions Dies to die cut a sentiment label of Basic White, and I stamped a sentiment in Boho Blue from the Stippled Roses Stamp Set.  Then I added Bubble Bath Dots from the Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots Pack as a finishing touch.
